Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Non-returnable Items

• Used or opened nail polish and cosmetic products (due to hygiene)
• Sale/clearance items (unless damaged)

Refund Process

• Email us at info@beginningboutiquem.shop with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
• After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
